Tres Toros is a Spanish restaurant born out of a passion for the Iberian Peninsula. The concept took shape during numerous journeys through Catalonia, Andalusia, Valencia and the Basque Country.

Since 2020, we have been sharing this passion through authentic Spanish cuisine, from the classics you remember from your holidays to signature creations by our chef that showcase our knowledge and experience.

Passion and Experience:
Spanish Cuisine at Its Best

The Head Chef at Tres Toros is Łukasz Kaniecki, renowned for his passion for the flavours of the Iberian Peninsula and his extensive experience in Spanish cuisine, both in Poland and Spain.

He is the only chef in Poland to hold the title of Cortador de Jamón, expertly hand-slicing Iberian ham to bring out its full aroma. In 2025, as a finalist in the World Paella Day Cup, he represented Poland in Valencia with his signature paella.

Together with his team, he invites you on a culinary journey through Spain, from tapas and paella at special events to aged steaks and seafood. Exceptional flavour, technique and authenticity.
